30-Day Return Support
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unused and in their original condition.
How to Request a Return
Contact MOAKITS support with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged.
Damaged or Missing Items
If anything arrives damaged or missing, contact us within 7 days so we can help quickly.
Refund Timing
Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 working days after the returned item is received.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened personal care items, used products, and customised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
